What it does
Agencies live in spreadsheets. The product accepts those spreadsheets, validates them, and turns them into records that can actually be queried and messaged.
- Employee records with documents, timelines and role based access
- Pandas driven bulk import with per row validation and an error report you can fix and re upload
- Bulk email and SMS campaigns queued through Celery, with delivery state per recipient

The lesson
A bulk import that fails on row 4,000 and rolls everything back is useless to an operations team. The importer validates the whole file first, reports every bad row at once, and commits only what is clean, so the fix loop is one pass instead of forty.
